this packaging allows for simple dispersion of the motor oil into the engine whilst being able to hold the bottle in an ergonomic way the weight of the bottle is challenging for some, hence a two handed method may be used if necessary. no more spill of oil as this bottles features a unique builtin funnel design that allows for accurate aim of where the oil must go. not only can the liquid be dispersed safely, but also it can be stored safely with a child proof locking cap. materials used outer safety cap injection moulded polypropylene inner safety cap injection moulded polypropylene connicle nozzle pieces injection moulded polypropylene bottle body blow molded high density polyethylene a section view of the inside of the cap design. the bottle is made of hdpe and the nozzle and cap pieces are made from pp.these pieces are made so they are able to be stacked in a compact way. the cap will only be marginally bigger than a regular cap. special features child proof cap built in nozzle for ease of use specific flow control unique new second hand grip no wastage or spills ergonomic handles two one at lower side and other at the bottom the materials used are suitable for holding oil and will not affect the oils quality it will infact seal the oil keeping it free from contaminates. hdpe and pp are recyclable and are used efficiently to reduce unnecessary wastage of material. this also saves cost even though plastic is relatively cheap to mold and is readily available.
