show organiser easyfairs is moving its increasingly successful london packaging event to london&rsquos olympia.packaging innovations london has seen phenomenal growth since the show&rsquos launch in 2010 and, with the addition of luxury packaging in 2011, the event has now evolved into a major, exclusive event for branded and inspirational packaging in the capital, with a strong emphasis on the design, branding and premium end of the market.for its sixth edition, show organiser easyfairs is moving the exhibition to dynamic london venue olympia not only to allow for the show&rsquos continued growth but also to provide an enhanced visitor experience for the packaging industry. not only does the combined space of the west and central halls provide a bigger space and a better and more accessible venue, but also facilitates a superior look and feel for the show.alison church, uk packaging portfolio event director, said &ldquopackaging innovations london launched in 2010 and has since doubled in size the business design centre served well for the exhibition in its early years, providing a beautiful space but with the exhibition growing, it is important to move on and find a new home more suited to both exhibitor and visitor needs.&ldquowe spent several months considering what options were out there, speaking to both exhibitors and visitors alike to find out what changes they would like to see. one thing was very clear in order to grow the event to accommodate the high demand for luxury packaging and the increased interest in leading suppliers having a presence at the show, we needed a bigger venue and one that allows extra development to what we offer within the show.&ldquothe central and west hall in olympia comprise a new, beautiful modern venue. it provides extra floor place, as well as having the added benefit of being on one level allowing visitors to move freely throughout the hall. the new venue also allows the opportunity to provide an enhanced look and feel to the show and the visitor features, and also gives our exhibitors greater flexibility and options with stand build and sizes. we are very excited about this move and what it means for the continued expansion of our london shows.&rdquocommenting on the news, josh brooks, publisher of packaging news and official media partner for the events, says &ldquowe&rsquove been proud to support this exciting fastgrowing event since it launched, particularly as it has become the destination for the most innovative and dynamic companies in packaging. additionally, it is now recognised as the place where the luxury packaging industry can convene in the uk&rsquos capital each year, further supplemented by the colocation of our own luxury packaging awards.&ldquothis news is fantastic as it enables the event to go to the next level and deliver more of what it has become renowned for &ndash that is, quality, innovation, inspiration, and ultimately business for companies.&rdquopackaging innovations &amp luxury packaging will now take place on the new dates of 16 &amp 17 september 2015 at london&rsquos olympia.&nbsp
