SunSmudg is a compact reusable sunscreen applicator. The users fills the product with their preferred sunscreen for an easy and mess free on the go application. As a new product category, the packaging is designed to stand out on the shelf and distinguish itself from other product categories. This product is targeted at mothers of children under 12, the product can be filled with 15-20mls of the user's preferred sunscreen – including tinted varieties – for a mess-free sponge application. This frustration free packaging with floating design gives the consumer a 360 degree view of the product, while still providing full branding opportunity. The fully recyclable packaging eliminates frustration and aim at making the opening experience easy and enjoyable. The sunSmudg packaging is designed for disassembly and is fully recyclable. The design provides clear information on its benefits and the abstract blue branding sleeve contrasts with the yellow product, denoting sunlight, sea and sky. The rounded rectangular shape complements the product's outline, and there is a built-in mirror inside. A push-pull seal keeps the sunscreen securely in the reservoir, and the sunscreen can be refilled repeatedly.
