Domino has confirmed that it will launch the Domino N610i -H press at the Labelexpo India 2024. The press will run live at its partner UV Graphic Technologies' booth, located directly opposite Domino's booth.

The new product is aimed at label converters and commercial printers looking to explore digital printing for labels and packaging segments. The new press offers inline priming, varnishing, and five-color (CMYK + White) digital printing, allowing users to complete jobs quickly. Its Esko Digital Front End makes it easy to operate, color match and offer variable data printing.

It runs at the speed of up to 50 meters a minute with all colors (CMYK + White) and offers 600 x 600 DPI native resolution with 4 greyscales. The press comes with maximum web width of 340mm and utilizes Domino UV92 and UV95 ink sets.

The inks offer high-quality ink adhesion and high resistance to hot and cold temperatures, sunlight, and abrasion. The Dual-bar white provides a high-quality print with up to 72 percent opacity, producing a screen-like, high-impact appearance with the operational flexibility of a digital process. Under the right conditions and where an absolute barrier is present, the TPO-free UV95 ink set is suitable for many non-direct food packaging applications and complies with EuPIA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

The press is suitable with all self-adhesive labelstocks, shrink sleeves, unsupported films for in-mold labels and unsupported prelaminated films for flexible packaging.

Although the Domino N610i-H model is launching at Labelexpo India 2024, it is based on the N610i platform, which already has numerous success stories globally and in India. In India, Unick Fix-a-Form & Printers in Ahmedabad, Jain Transfer Products in Noida, SCCI India in Bhiwadi, Multi Label Tech – Print in Ahmedabad are using the Domino N610i press for more than the past couple of years. Domino’s digital printing solutions improved their operational efficiency and opened new business opportunities during challenging times. The N610i platform has over 300 installations worldwide.

Displayed on a slitter rewinder, Domino K300 is a fast and reliable monochrome digital coding machine designed for high-resolution, variable data printing, such as 2D codes, barcodes, serial numbers, and more, across a wide range of applications. It runs at 240 m/min at 300 DPI and 120 m/min at 600 DPI. It offers a maximum print height of 54.1mm and can run on aqueous and UV-curable inks.

It supports multiple fonts, text graphics, QR codes, and other dynamic variables. It has a smart user interface through a 5-inch TFT touchscreen and the QuickStep K Windows 10 app for diagnostics and label management.

Domino also shows coding and marking equipment, including thermal inkjet printers (TIJ) for high-resolution marking on packaging, thermal transfer overprinting (TTO), ideal for flexible film packaging, vision systems for enhanced quality control and inspection and continuous inkjet printers (CIJ) for high-speed, high-quality printing on a range of surfaces including packaging and labels.
