DARA Pharma has presented the new HSL-OR, a high-speed filler-sealer for ophthalmic and nasal products, whose dosage range goes from 0.1 to 250 ml.
With a performance that reaches 24,000 uph, this machine has been designed in accordance with cGMP and US FDA regulations, thus meeting the requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
One of its advantages is the control by weight for 100% of dosed products, which is carried out without the need to reduce the performance of the machine, by means of electronic scales. The scales are integrated into the structure of the machine, but, at the same time, separated from it, allowing exact weighing without the influence of machine vibrations.
On the other hand, the function of this equipment to store the filling programs of the product formats with which it works (ophthalmic and nasal) stands out, which allows these to be called from the control panel quickly and easily.
