Designed for labels with a maximum width of 140 mm and lengths of up to 350 mm, the X-Sticker can accommodate conveyer speeds of up to 20 metres per minute, supporting businesses in speeding up their operations and increasing efficiency. The applicator facilitates both top and side labelling without any additional parts being required, increasing flexibility for users.

The cost effective X-Sticker applicator is simple to set up and benefits from a product sensor mounted on the conveyor belt, which automatically detects the position of the product as it moves along the conveyor. The sensor can be easily adjusted depending on the size and shape of the packaging, offering accuracy and reliability. In addition to being easy to both install and operate, the applicator features two potentiometer control knobs that enable the operator to manually alter the conveyor speed and the label length.

The reliable and durable LabelPack X-Sticker, which is now available from AM Labels, is suitable for the application of labels onto boxes, cartons and trays in numerous industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics. Additionally, two variations of the X-Sticker are available, a right-hand or a left-hand labelling model depending on the direction of the conveyer and the side of the conveyer where the applicator will be positioned. The affordable, entry-level X-Sticker also comes complete with a height adjustable floor mounted stand for increased flexibility and ease of use.

AM Labels is offering demonstrations of the LabelPack X-Sticker applicator at its newly opened, state-of-the-art Technical Experience Centre in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The new facility is accessible to all businesses across the UK, where they can experience demonstrations of the latest and most innovative technology, including label printing, barcode scanning and RFID equipment, as well as robotics and automation.

Brendon Bass, Sales and Marketing Manager, AM Labels Limited comments: “We are delighted to expand our portfolio with the addition of the brand new LabelPack X-Sticker applicator. The X-Sticker is ideal for small to medium sized businesses that are looking to speed up processes and increase efficiency in their operations, while maintaining high levels of accuracy. We also plan to further expand our label applicator offering in the coming months with options suitable for a range of label sizes and packaging types.

“Businesses from across the UK are invited to visit our newly opened Technical Experience Centre, where they can see the X-Sticker in action, in addition to many of the other innovative products that our comprehensive portfolio has to offer.”
