The SPURTEX® nanofibrous filter membrane creates a mechanical barrier with exceptional filtration capabilities. It thus prevents the penetration of harmful particles, which is why it is particularly suitable for use in the healthcare sector. When used in masks or respirators, SPURTEX® protects the wearer and the environment extremely effective because it has much smaller pores than the size of unwanted particles such as smog, bacteria, aerosols, and even viruses.
