Baralan, a leading player in primary packaging for the cosmetics and beauty industries and specialized in glass packaging, is expanding its portfolio of sustainable solutions to meet industry trends and market demands.

At Cosmoprof North America Las Vegas Baralan has introduced its new Premium Re-charge System, designed to fit two different types of inner glass containers. Premium Re-Charge System, one item serie, is 131mm tall with a 34.5mm diameter and it is suitable for 30ml DEA e ERA bottles.

This addition to Baralan standard catalogue adapts to all skin care and makeup applications, and is compatible with both airless and non-airless dispensing systems, thus satisfying any client specific needs.

The new Premium Re-Charge System has been designed to guarantee maximum hygiene and practicality: the cosmetic product contained is in contact with the glass container which in a few simple steps can be replaced inside the main plastic container, so that the customer can keep the beauty ritual alive. It presents itself as an innovative and modern Package, with unique aesthetics and functionality through the meaning of reuse and recyclability, that is absolutely simple to apply. With a large and linear external surface, it can accommodate any type of decoration and colour to allow and highlight the image of the brand.

Thus the new Re-Charge System is expressed through the concepts of sustainability, protection and design; reusing the external casing and replacing only the glass containers which will be used as real refills, reducing the release of new plastic into the environment and waste, and protecting the precious product inside with always recyclable glass, ensuring maximum compatibility in a customizable, elegant and modern design.

In a market where sustainability is crucial, Baralan’s new Re-Charge is a perfect example of how innovation can serve the environment. By reducing the reliance on single-use plastic bottles, this solution promotes a more responsible and sustainable usage cycle.
