They aim to promote equality and highlight the progress made in addressing challenges like the gender pay gap, career progression, and increasing women's representation in leadership roles.
The awards are open to women in any role in the UK's packaging supply chain, including design, manufacturing, engineering, research and development, supply chain, marketing, customer service, technology, sales, and human resources. Nominees may also work in roles supporting the industry, such as sustainability consulting, procurement, or project management.
