The new shrink machines with vertical welding offer excellent performances and less footprint for plastic canisters, packaging cans, spray cans and vial aerosol.The conceived welding system works with polythene paper films, (PP) polypropylene, (PE) polythene. It offers the possibility of selecting different knives depending on the film used, being able to continue working without any interruption. Given the possibility of not overturning the bottles and cans, the packaging spaces are drastically reduced: you don't need anymore automatic tilting system.

Our Corporate Procurement, Supply Chain and Productive Poles Management Departments are working together and have daily contacts with the suppliers, in a way that all the companies and business units of the Group are constantly updated about possible supply difficulties and potential critical issues.

To date, although the working activities are somewhat slower, all departments at IMA are and remain active, including the internal workshop and central warehouse. In this way, we are able to ensure both receipt and delivery of all the goods.

The high pressure homogenizer consists of a high pressure piston pump and a downstream homogenizing valve. The pressure build-up within the HPH occurs by means of one or more piston pump(s) which, with the help of ceramic pistons, ensure(s) a volume flow that is independent of pressure and virtually pulsation free. The desired homogenizing pressure can be infinitely adjusted. The pressure is reduced in a selected adjustable gap of the homogenizing valve.
