As we say packaging is like the body to soul but we hardly find packaging jobs in the market. There are same jobs listed multiple times at various standard job sites. And there are hardly any sites available who really focus on publishing packaging jobs. We had been getting many inquiries to do something in the job market to help our packaging community. So we looked at it as a business opportunity. The other issue we found that we are missing packaging mentors.
