MULTIVAC will showcase its automation solutions at Interpack 2017. The solution portfolio covers all types of automation tasks and levels of integration. Multivac will showcase new R 235 thermoforming machine which is specially designed for producing flat packs of sliced products.
A quick-change system for the forming and sealing system makes it easy to convert the machine to other pack formats. Various labelling and marking systems can also be integrated easily. The R 235 can also be used with a jumbo film.
Furthermore, the R 235 has an interface for linking a slicer. Due to a space-saving infected construction, the loading conveyor of the slicer can be placed horizontally at the height of the film level. Thus no additional transport conveyors are necessary - this saves valuable space and reduces the investment expense.
Packs of sliced products are labeled by the L 330 conveyor belt labeller; The line is equipped with the H 130 handling module for cartoning.
