The youngest member of the KAHL Group is DEVEX Verfahrenstechnik from North Rhine-Westphalia. Their specialty is the planning and construction of plants for the production of extracts. The company achieved particularly great international success with the construction of plants for the production of pure THC and CBD extracts. A joint project between DEVEX and PRUESS from 2020 showed how much both companies benefit from each other. The bottom line: DEVEX holds a majority stake in PRUESS GmbH and provides them with a large network and a strong alliance of numerous medium-sized companies at their back.
PRUESS GmbH specializes in solid-liquid extractions, evaporation techniques, CIP/SIP, and mixing techniques. The company plans and builds both batch-wise and continuous extraction processes for natural substances, including media supply and CIP systems. DEVEX Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is also internationally renowned for the construction of extraction and evaporation plants. Besides, the machine manufacturer has made a name for itself with drying and instant coffee plants.
From now on, not only PRUESS and DEVEX will benefit from each other's joint activities, but in particular existing and new customers, who can expect stronger know-how and more manpower right away.
