Injection Molding


Multi-component Injection: Molding Multi-component injection molding producing two color or two component injected molded parts from two different thermoplastic materials in one process, automatically and cost effectively. There are many benefits from utilizing this process including lower part costs, the elimination of secondary operations, and enhanced product features and appeal.

Silicone Injection Molding: Molded parts made from liquid silicone (LSR) or solid silicone (HTV) are extremely elastic, odorless and tasteless, chemical, UV, ageing and temperature resistant. Silicone Injection Molding is utilized for applications that require high precision such as seals, sealing membranes, electric connectors, multi-pin connectors & applications where smooth surfaces are desired. Often, silicone injection molded parts are over molded in a secondary step with a different type of plastic.

Thermoplastic Injection Molding: Most plastic parts are manufactured via Thermoplastic injection molding. Thermoplastics are polymers that can be heated to soften or melt, and cooled to solidify as a physical change, rather than a chemical change that takes place during molding of thermoset materials. Röchling has the equipment, people, and training to maximize thermoplastic injection molding process.
