Quotes provided in response to an enquiry — including our stated 24-hour turnaround — are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. A quote is not a binding offer to sell and does not constitute a contract. Pricing may change based on final specifications, raw material costs at the time of order, print cylinder or tooling requirements, and order volume. A binding commercial agreement is formed only when both parties confirm terms in writing — typically via a signed proforma invoice or purchase order.
Custom packaging is manufactured to the specification, material, and artwork you approve. Before bulk production, we typically provide a dieline template, pre-production proof, or physical sample for your sign-off. Once you approve a specification or artwork file, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or misprints that were present in the file you approved. Please review dielines, colour separations, mandatory regulatory text (such as FSSAI or hazard labelling), and dimensions carefully before approval.
Orders may be fulfilled through our in-house pouching unit in Vapi or through a partner plant in our West, North, or South India manufacturing network, depending on product, volume, and location. Lead times quoted on this Site and in individual quotes are estimates and may vary due to raw material availability, cylinder engraving schedules, or logistics conditions outside our reasonable control.
The PackagingConnections name, logo, and the text, images, and design of this Site are the property of PackagingConnections and may not be reproduced without permission, except as necessary to request a quote. Any artwork, brand assets, or files you provide to us remain your property; we use them solely to prepare quotes, samples, and production for your order, and will not use your artwork for any other purpose without your consent.
Content on this Site — including product descriptions, specification ranges, and indicative lead times — is provided for general guidance and is not a substitute for a confirmed technical specification or order confirmation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackagingConnections is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this Site. Liability relating to a confirmed order is governed by the terms of that specific order or purchase agreement, not by this Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site or an order placed with PackagingConnections is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
