AB Graphic International (ABG) has introduced the DigiLase Duo, a cutting-edge dual-laser system that sets new benchmarks in speed, precision, and efficiency for digital laser cutting.
By integrating two independent laser light sources instead of one, the DigiLase Duo achieves up to double the speed and productivity of traditional single-laser systems. This dual configuration not only enhances throughput but also provides full hardware redundancy, a critical advantage for web-to-print operations where reliability is essential.
A standout innovation in the system is ‘Repeat Flow’, which enables automated die-line switching within each web repeat—eliminating waste and requiring no operator intervention. This feature is ideal for unique and short-run sheet applications.
In addition to boosting productivity, the DigiLase Duo supports sustainability goals. Through ABG Connect, the company’s advanced workflow solution, job changes are optimized to minimize waste, reduce material loss, and enable leaner, environmentally conscious production.
