The newest member of the Management Group and Head of HR is 36-year-old Camilla Winther. Camilla has ten years of experience from Grundfos, where she worked with both Sales and HR at an international level. As HR Business Partner she has most recently focused on creating a strong link between HR- and Business strategies.
“In this cross field between the business, the customers, and the employees, I will be able to add great value to Carsoe. With an existing, strong foundation, my job is to build on this and take Carsoe to the next level,” Camilla says.
A constant will to succeed
The first month on the job has been spent meeting her new colleagues and especially one thing stands out; “It is inspiring to feel the dedication of my new colleagues. They all have a constant will to succeed and to deliver strong solutions for our customers, Camilla says and continues: “I also sense a high level of professional pride. Sky-high ambitions
Carsoe has experienced a large growth over the last years and the future plans are equally ambitious. “My job is to strengthen Carsoe and ensure, that the organization is equipped to meet the high level of ambition. I will especially focus on increased competency development and a stronger cross-company coorporation, Camilla Winther ends.
