Ranbaxy has been my backbone of technology learning till today. Later I worked with Unilever, ICI, Rexam, PepsiCo. All thesse had been great companies but nobody is close to the empowerment attitude closer to Ranbaxy. I liked it.
Today things might be different as I was tehre from 1987 to 1991 but I always remember my days at ranbaxy and this has a special place in my heart.
Recommendation:
I would always recommend to join Ranbaxy and work with them.
