Lighting Power LED in Innovative Plastic Thermoformed Box

In competition with other suppliers Philips also challenged Ecobliss to come up with a packaging design that could serve both, ‘blister’ and ‘box’ application. The packaging looks “high tech” and protects their beautiful new Power LED lamp range. Ecobliss came up with a truly innovative, and as you may have seen in the stores, the winning design. The Blister Box is a clear plastic folding box that is partially thermoformed to accommodate a perfect fit for the lamp. The lamp inside the box is completely visible, and the crisp, clear plastic is beautifully printed with the Philips brand and all required details. Also the bottom is thermoformed with the purpose of achieving maximum “free-standing” stability. The new packaging consists of only a single piece of foldable, pre-thermoformed PET plastic. Even the piece of material that holds the lamp in place inside the Blister Box is part of that single piece of material.

Luxury Paperboard Packaging for Wines

Representing the upscale possibilities of paperboard, this set-up box from MeadWestvaco to be a unique and stylish example of how paperboard packaging can become an integral part of the product’s offering and the consumer’s experience. Available only through high-end spirit retailers, the hat box concept offered a value-added and prestigious appearance, with a little retro touch. The package perfectly communicates extravagance, luxury, sophistication, and decadence.

Hanger Pack

It’s unfortunate that almost all forms of packaging eventually end up in the garbage bin; so much time and money is spent on product packaging, yet the end game is usually a landfill. On occasion, people will keep limited-edition boxes or reusable bags, but the only proven way to entice consumers to keep packaging is by providing an incentive. So what about packaging that turns into a useful item for the product itself. The HangerPak concept achieves this with their shipping packaging for t-shirts.  A graphic designer from the UK is the mind behind this sustainable packaging concept. After receiving your t-shirt package in the mail, simply follow the printed instructions on the box and voila - you’ve created a free hanger for your t-shirt.

Method’s Packaging for Personal Care Products

Method's new natural personal care collection features packaging that gives the line its own unique identity. The collection's hand and body wash are packaged in HDPE plastic bottles which feature a quilted pattern design. The square quilted pattern is also present in the body bar. The quilted design holds the line together visually making it easily identifiable on store shelves and in consumers minds. The hand wash packaging is square and features an easily removable label allowing consumers to have the packaging blend in with their own home environment. When the label is removed the packaging is only distinguishable as a Method product by an embossed “m” on the side of the bottle.
