lofil HT series of spin-draw-wind lines are ideal for production of high tenacity, medium to heavy denier yarn in small lots to address specific needs or niche applications with ability to quickly adjust to dynamic market needs.
Specially designed extrusion screw with new generation homogenisation and mixing sections for optimized melt quality for wide range of PP polymers, ensuring long-term and trouble free operation.
Melt spinning pump (gear type) ensures uniform melt delivery at steady pressure. The electrically heated die head is specially designed to optimize heat transfer and reduce energy losses.
The spin-packs are designed on proven "bottom-loading" principle ensuring simple and quick installation and ease of operation. The spin packs ensures shortest possible colour change-over time meeting the demands of dope dyed yarn.
The proven cross-flow quenching system supplies an even, turbulence-free airflow. The quenching system is easy to clean and airflow can be regulated by variable inverter drives
The dual nozzle type spin finish application system ensures uniform spin-finish distribution over the filaments with the help of precision gear pump.
Draw zone consist of five heated godets with separator rolls .The speed and temperature of each godet can be individually controlled.
Ergonomically spaced step-precision winders deliver quality yarn packages that ensure snag-free usage in the subsequent process. Automatic change-over at preset package size saves energy and reduces human effort.
