	POSITION DESCRIPTION Position: Executive– Packaging Development Reports to: Manager-Packaging Development Principal Accountabilities: 1) On time development of Packaging of new Products with optimum cost. 2) Co-ordination with various departments (Marketing, Engineering, Production, Quality, Legal) for development of artwork of printed packaging materials in light of process capabilities, mandatory requirements, standard layouts, packing machine requirement etc. 3) Improvement of existing Packaging Materials in terms of cost, better machinability, systems improvements. 4) Vendor Development. Vendor Audit. 5) Line trial, BOM, cost evaluation of different mode of Packaging. 6) To standardise the quality parameters of incoming Packaging Materials & to set up a systems for quality checking.
