•Shifted 90% of the SKU’s to the excise free zone of Himachal Pradesh & Uttranchal

May’92-Aug’94 with Win Medicare Ltd. as Officer Packaging Development

Identified & resolved the problem of leakage in BETADINE solution (from 28% to 2%).
Successfully developed & launched new bottles for Betadine anti-dandruff shampoo.

Aug’90-May’92 with Asepack Limited as Product Executive

Handled the marketing & sales of packaging materials. Doubled the sales volume in 1992 and accomplished shelf life of 8-9 months as against the pre-existing 3-4 months.
Developed (in-house) new materials and developed Indian packaging materials for Big Sipp Pouch (Amrit Foods Ltd.). The company was using 100% imported material
Developed new packs for Cimmco International (Birls group of company) & export pack for spices MDH Masala Company for different spices.

Involved in the production of printed, unprinted laminates, pouches and demonstrated abilities in accomplishing the assigned targets. Achieved 15-20% increase in the productivity & brought down the percentage of rejection by 4-5%.
