Packaging Connections:What is your educational background? How did you get involved in the Plastic industry?
Mr. Singh:I am an Engineer qualified from UK. My Father was the 1st Manager of the 1st Plastic Factory in Mumbai and I continued in his foot step.

Packaging Connections:    What inspired you to become part of Plastindia 2009? 
Mr. Singh:My Past Experience of the last 6 Plastindia shows with confidence that Plastindia will expose Indian Plastic industry to the world.
 
Packaging Connections:Your key activities at work? What is the most rewarding part of your work?
Mr. Singh:My company manufactures Rotomolding machine & molds and I am the designer involved and that is my best reward.
 
Packaging Connections:What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Mr. Singh:The government rules causing harassment.
 
Packaging Connections: Your key achievements?
Mr. Singh:We are one of the 20 companies in the world manufacturing cast aluminum rotomolding molds which are CNC machined. We have exported to nearly 70 countries world wide and covered all the continents of the world excepting Arctic and Atlantic.
 
Packaging Connections: What is one thing about the industry that you would change?
Mr. Singh:Theevent of plastic industry should be organized by NGO’s& government of India.
 
Packaging Connections: What are your views on the status of the plastic industry in India? What is the way forward?
Mr. Singh:Plastic growth is tremendous but wrong motion of the government banning plastic bags has to be corrected. Industry must unit with a common agenda and part forward.
 
Packaging Connections: Could you share with us your key plans for the future?
Mr. Singh:Fixopan plans to grow and expand by addition of modern equipment new facility & service the world market. There are companies seeking technology from Fixopan will also expand Fixopan horizon with Joint venture.

Packaging Connections: What has been your biggest challenge? How did you overcome?
Mr. Singh:The greatest challenge was acceptance in advance countries like Europe & US with determination, patience, quality & performance. We overcome our challenge.

Mr. Singh:To make India in the top advance countries of the world in terms of technology and High quality.
