The attached picture is a concept known as Bag in Bottle concept.which include a blow moulding process as well as manual assembly. Bottles were extrusion blow-molded using HPDE.A separate foil bag had to be stuffed into the bottles manually. A connector and gasket had to be injection molded, and the connector had to be welded to the foil bag to provide a sealing area for the gasket.

The pouches need to have hotmelt strips on the surface which will stick to the bottle inner surface during hot filling and will stick to the walls when it will cold
