We have used outer HDPE bag and inside it we have placed LDPE liner with open top. We have used blue colour liner with 60 cm wide open top. Once we placed the both bag inside the IBC, we first place dry Gherkins in the liner fully. We have successfully placed 6 drums material (1020 Kg +/-20 Kg) dry weight into the liner which is really good and then we put 500-550 ltr. of solution inside the liner so that gherkins should be inside the solution completely. We had placed perforated black colour mesh on top end of our liner which help Gherkins to remain in the solution.   Read More...
