Hi My Name Is Pritam Kamath I have spent 25 years + in Printing & Packaging Industries in India & M-East as Group Marketing Manager & V.P MARCOM.

I have developed a laminate which can be used as an eco-friendly and economical option for Aluminium Trays. I have Called it as Hygiene Ecotainers.

The tray is leak resistance with 75% of the package made from Post consumer Re-cycled Cycled Paper & Board. Hygiene Ecotainer Board reduces the usage of Aluminium by 50% ⁺ as compared to the widely used Trays & Casserole in the markets today.

I have been developing these Hygiene series for last 3 years and had to overcome many challenges along the way .Hygiene series is made from post consumer Paper & Board which are from Re-Cycled Re-Sources.

The Hygiene Ecotainers series is available in many different substrates, tailor made to its need of most packed –foods and manufacturers alike. I have been working with some of the most well-known Manufacturers of Paper & Aluminium Container Thermo-Forming Machines in Italy to ensure that the Ecotainer- trays & casseroles are formed & fit for entire F&S supply chain. It can be sealed with a film-lid using the existing sealing machinery and also with the same leak resistance board lid with film or without film window enabling full visibility of the product.

Hygiene Ecotainer: Resists Temperatures from-40^oC to 220^oC, Resists Humidity, to be used in traditional and microwave ovens, can be stored in the freezer.

Hygiene Econtainer Advantages: Production- Filling-Storage-Sales and consumption from the Same Ecotainer.

No Need To Treat / Grease the product or Ecotainers for release after cooking.

Baking & Cooling Time Reduced by 10-25%.Saving of Power & Time

Adaptable to Production Process currently using traditional metal containers.
