Mr. Chaturvedi finds China as no threat in flexible packaging as India itself fulfills the demand of packaging material and feeding the market with utmost quality when compared to China. Flexible packaging uses much less energy throughout the 3 phases of its life cycle i.e. Manufacturing; Transportation and Disposal. Recycling of paper consumes far more water and power.

Uflex has been constantly introducing value added innovative flexible packaging solutions and is steadfast on its journey to be among to top five players of the industry in the next five to six years. With growing demand in packaging, bright brains from this industry need more packaging institutes, hence Mr. Chaturvedi requested IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging ) to expand by opening more centers across pan India.
